I am seeking to transition fulltime into User Experience and have extensive experience working as a government contractor with Top Secret Clearance + Poly . I have expertise in program management, investigation, and analysis.  These skills are parallel to the skills needed in the UX industry and include key components such as data analysis, developing mockups, creating testable personas, website QA and Navflow testing, presentation skills, handing off deliverables under tight deadline, and an instinct for investigating the "why" behind pain points.
